Guadalupe-Moravia-Tibas Area

The extension of the populated areas of the Central Valley reaches out in all four cardinal points;  since as early as the 1940’s and after, a residential boom took hold of the northern slopes and conformed what is today Guadalupe-Moravia-Tibas with some differences between one another.

Several important learning institutions have since taken refuge in Moravia, while Tibas has been harvested by a good portion of the Industrial Sector. Guadalupe contains a good combination of several commercial practices while transforming itself into the mandatory passway for many inhabitants of San Jose when wanting to reach Moravia, Coronado and other vicinities.

While most of the land occupied by the districts in question serves inhabiting purposes, the needs of such a population have provided for well supplied net of basic needs stores, medical facilities and more appropriately striking the subject at hand: A large number of evening entertainment options.
